Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within Canada and the USA.
Orders placed from outside North America will be cancelled and refunded.

Is shipping really free?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada and the USA.
Shipping costs are already built into our product pricing — no surprises at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All items are made to order.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping time:

    • Canada: 5–10 business days

    • USA: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference changes.

However — if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ll absolutely make it right.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us hello@bigw.ca within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How do promotional codes work?

We occasionally offer promotional discounts, including:

  • BUNDLEUP — Save 10% when you buy 2 or more different items

  • DOUBLEUP — Save when purchasing multiple of the same item (details listed on product pages)

Only one promo code may be used per order, and codes cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders where a promo code has been misused.
